Guangdong Jiayuan Technology Co., Ltd., founded in September 2001, is a comprehensive technology-based conglomerate specializing in research, manufacturing, and sales of high-performance electrolytic copper foil, composite copper foil, high-performance and high-precision copper alloy wire and rod, as well as investment, construction, and services related to "wind, solar, and storage" projects. Copper foil, as the company's main product, is primarily used in lithium-ion batteries, copper-clad laminates, and printed circuit boards, ultimately finding applications in new energy vehicle power batteries, energy storage batteries, solid-state batteries, AI computing power, humanoid robots, multilayer circuit boards, and 3C digital electronic products. The company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board in July 2019 (SH:688388). Revenue reached 6.52 billion yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 31.3%. In the first half of 2025, revenue reached 3.963 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 63.55%.
Jiayuan Technology has been successively recognized as a National Enterprise Technology Center, a National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, a High-tech Enterprise, and a Postdoctoral Research Station. In 2023, it was selected as one of the first provincial-level manufacturing single-item champion enterprises in Guangdong Province. The company's current ultra-thin copper foil production technology has reached the industry-leading level, with multiple technologies filling domestic gaps and achieving the industrialization of various ultra-thin high-end copper foils ranging from 3.5μm to 18μm, as well as high-elongation and high-strength copper foils. Its overall technical level is internationally leading. Currently, it is one of the leading enterprises in the domestic high-performance lithium battery copper foil industry and has established long-term cooperative relationships with major domestic large-scale lithium-ion battery manufacturers. The company actively promotes product research and development innovation, achieving breakthroughs in the research and development of new products such as microporous copper foil, single crystal copper foil, high-grade RTF copper foil (reversed copper foil), HTE (high-temperature high-elongation copper foil), HVLP (very low profile copper foil), IC packaging ultra-thin copper foil, high-density interconnect (HDI), composite copper foil, and ultra-thin carrier copper foil, driving the domestic substitution process of high-end copper foil.
Jiayuan Technology currently has six copper foil production bases and one copper alloy wire and rod production base, with a total of over 2,700 employees. The company aims at the development opportunities brought by the rise of the new energy industry for the copper foil industry, and grasps the project construction with a sense of urgency. Currently, the annual production capacity of copper foil exceeds 130,000 tons, and the production capacity of copper alloy wire and rod exceeds 20,000 tons. By 2026, the total production capacity of copper foil could reach over 150,000 tons.
